Welcome to the November 2007 issue of our newsletter.

This issue includes updates on JAB Web Solutions services, showcases recent client work, our Monthly "Quick Tip" and a new article on branding your advisor business.

JAB Web Service Enhancements:

This month, we kicked off the development of our new secure, web based application that we are tentatively calling "Document Bridge" (we know, the name needs work).  Basically, this application will allow our clients to easily, in one step, upload their client reports from PortfolioCenter(TM) to our Client Document Center, then send an email notice to each client along with his/her secure download link.

Stay tuned for further progress updates of the development of "Document Bridge" ....we hope to release it in Q2 2008.

Client Showcase
:

As always, we've posted a sampling of the projects that we have in development this month in our Client Spotlight Section.  Our newest clients include AT Financial Advisors, Mariner Wealth Advisors and B-Ready Outsourcing Solutions.

This Month's Quick Tip:
Once it's there...it's there

Never rush to put new website content live on the web until you have had a chance to completely review each line for accuracy.  It's always good practice to have your friendly compliance officer approve your text and overall content as well before going live.  Once your web page is accessible to the world on the net, there is a good chance that page has been archived.  Don't believe me? Check out the Wayback Machine from archive.org, and punch in any website to see how it has evolved over time.

Also, the next time you're using google or yahoo, click on the link called "Cache" below any search result.   The search engines will keep a snapshot copy of your website as of the last time your site was crawled, even if you have since updated the site.  The cached version will still exist, in most cases for a week or so, until the search engines re-spider your site.  There is a way to request that the search engines re-spider your site, but we'll leave that for another day!
